Ways to Contribute
Clarendon House Publications exists to support writers, new and established, in developing their careers as writers. It does this by providing two main pathways: one provides a route from knowing nothing about storytelling and not having enough time to write, all the way up to receiving payments for stories; the other gives opportunities for publication through a magazine, and in various anthologies throughout the year.
You can read more about the Learning Pathway and the Publication Pathway by clicking those links.
Over 150 authors have been helped in these ways, and about two million words have been published in just over a year.
There are several ways in which someone can support the work being done by Clarendon House Publications.
1. Contribute to the Inner Circle Writers’ Group in terms of news, advice for others, and generally participating in the lively and constructive group. This can and should include inviting anyone to join whom you think may be interested in what goes on there. Getting the group larger means more activity, more support and more potential readers for your own work.
2. Contribute to the Inner Circle Writers' Magazine (see the website), to anthologies which open up from time to time, and by preparing your own work for the day when you will be offered the opportunity to publish it and to receive royalties from it.
3. Subscribe to the magazine and purchase the anthologies and other books that are released regularly by Clarendon House Publications. The money from sales goes - every single penny of it goes - back into keeping Clarendon House running.
4. Donate any spare cash that you have. There’s a ‘Donate’ button at the bottom of every page of the website:
Everything you do is appreciated here, believe me. With your help, I'll be able to help more writers achieve more success and, through the works generated, help to make the world that little bit better.
Onwards and upwards!
